One long, unbroken career in the global lighting industry — Architectural, Entertainment, Cinematic — Louis Poulsen in Denmark, then the US, and now hands-on coaching the rockstar brand and trade marketing team at Chauvet. Supply chain, brand, product, commercialization — all in service of the people lighting the world's biggest stages, sets, and spaces. The other half of the story (family, health, the occasional inspiring side project) keeps the work honest.

Co-leading the brand and trade marketing teams across the corporate Chauvet brand and the family — CHAUVET Professional, CHAUVET DJ, Kino Flo, LiteGear, ChamSys, and LynTec — as one of several team leads in a bigger global marketing org. My role is mostly coaching, hiring well, and removing the things that get in the way. The team are the magicians; I just hand them sharper wands.
